Requests for returns or refunds must be made within 14 days of receiving your order. If you need to return or refund your order, please read the following instructions carefully:
Although we try to be as organized as possible, it can happen that you receive the wrong item. This is very rare but it can happen, so in this case, immediately contact our support team.
You received a damaged/faulty item
In this case, we either give you a full refund or send a new item to you.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.
